Summer is approaching fast, and things are getting even more exciting! Last week, we placed our big order of food that will go out the first half of summer, and we picked it up mid week. Flyers went out to some businesses in the area, and more will be shared this week as well.
We are still looking for volunteers for throughout the summer, and there are spots available! I have been working on promoting our program, and part of getting the word out is participation. The more people help out, the more recognition and word spreads to the families who need it!
Our ice packs are frozen, the sites are ready, and we are gearing up for our training meetings this week! Summer should be full of excitement and fun, so come join us!
